investment + construction under one roof

The build team that manages

V2 Properties is the property management and investment arm of the Vision Builders family of companies. We bring the same Sandy-based team — with more than 60 years of combined contracting experience — to the business of managing, owning, and developing real estate.

That means no surprises at inspection. We know what a building costs to fix because we fix buildings for a living. When we manage a property, we're looking at it with contractor eyes and owner eyes at the same time.
